Tools:
convert— Convert UTC ISO 8601 to wall-clock time. Args:iso(required, ISO 8601 UTC string),zone(required, IANA name e.g. "Europe/Istanbul").offset— Get UTC offset for a zone. Args:zone(required),iso(optional, defaults to now).list— List all 419 IANA timezones the runtime knows. No args.
