Behavior Notes

1. Case-insensitive input — encode("hello") and encode("HELLO") produce the same Morse: .... . .-.. .-.. ---
2. Output always uppercase — decode returns uppercase regardless of original casing.
3. Numbers supported — 0 → -----, 7 → --... (standard ITU Morse).
4. Punctuation supported — ! → -.-.--, common punctuation works.
5. Word separator — spaces in input become / in Morse output; / in Morse input becomes space in decoded text.
6. Perfect round-trips — decode(encode(text)) always equals text.toUpperCase().
