Tool 1: encode

Schema: { text: string (REQUIRED) } Converts plain text to International Morse. Letters separated by space, words by " / ".

Notes

• Roundtrip-safe: encode then decode returns original text
• Supports A-Z letters, 0-9 digits
• Word boundaries use " / " separator
• Letter boundaries use single space
